Below is a sample itinerary of what to expect.

  • Welcome to Bali!
  • After clearing customs, pick up your driver and head to our yoga retreat house in Ubud.
  • An evening disembarkation yoga class will introduce you to your fellow yogi travellers.
  • Enjoy a welcome dinner for the group
  • Early morning yoga
  • Drive to Kintamani for breakfast and enjoy the views of Mount Batur in the distance.
  • After breakfast, we will get on our mountain bikes and pedal downhill through local villages and beautiful scenery.
  • On the way, we will stop with a family for lunch and immerse ourselves in the flow of their day.
  • After lunch we will head to a Balinese plantation to see how the locals live away from the tourist centres.
  • It delves into the cultural and medicinal purposes of local plants, the process of coffee cultivation and the spices and fruits in Balinese cuisine.
  • Try the fruits, herbal teas and the unusually produced and sought-after Luwak coffee.
  • Returning late in the afternoon for our evening yoga class.
  • Enjoy a relaxed dinner and the beautiful night lights.

  • Today is a journey into the past visiting some of Bali's most sacred temples and shrines. We will explore:

      Goa Gajah (Elephant Cave), Yeh Pulu, Tempak Siring, Gunung Kawi and the holy water temple of Tirta Empul

  • Lunch will be in town today.
  • In the evening, evening yoga will help you absorb the days of sightseeing and exploration.
  • Group dinner and free time in the evening to swim, relax and unwind.
  • Meditation session to start and breakfast.
  • In the morning free time to enjoy our stunning resort, enjoy a walk on the property, book a massage, relax by the pool ...
  • This afternoon we will immerse ourselves in Balinese Hindu culture while learning how to make a Balinese offering called Canang.
  • Once created, each Canang can be offered in the temple.
  • Yoga in the evening
  • Group dinner
  • Early morning yoga
  • After breakfast we will pack our bags and say goodbye to Ubud.
  • Travelling by bus towards the coast, we will stop at Tanah Lot temple, one of the most spectacular sites in Bali and one of the most photographed temples in the world.
  • On arrival at the coast, you will have time to relax and swim in your private pool or explore
  • Early evening yoga: tonight with the scent of salty ocean air
  • Group dinner on the property
  • Morning yoga and breakfast
  • Today it's time to hit the beach and hit the waves on a day of surfing in Bali!
  • We've got your cowabunga ready: surf lessons are included for all beginners and, for the surf pros, hop on a board and enjoy the best of Bali's surfing.
  • Your surf lesson will teach you how to position yourself, paddle, understand the waves and how to catch a wave on the shore before everyone else gets out.
  • Returning late in the afternoon for our evening yoga class.
  • Enjoy a relaxed dinner and beautiful night lights.
  • Morning yoga to get you in the mood for another day at the beach
  • After breakfast, you can head back to the beach for another surf lesson in Bali (we'll actually help you surf!) Or you can decide to walk on the beach, swim or just relax.
  • If you've had enough time on the beach, you can stroll around the seaside village or relax further by the hotel's swimming pool.
  • Tonight is our last yoga session and we will end the week with a lovely class and closing circle.
  • Our last group dinner and conclusion of the adventure.
  • Morning yoga before departure.
  • Tomorrow will be free, depending on the time of the flight.
  • Transfer back to Denpasar airport for your flight home or onwards.
  • Selamat Jalan!
